The National Strength and Conditioning Association recommends weight resistance training frequency according to your conditioning needs. The general guideline is three sessions per week. The average sign-up is two to three sessions /week. Duration of sessions: 1 hour

Sessions are payable with cash, check, credit card (via PayPal, above) or gift certificate at the time of scheduling.
